HakiElimu has been tracking and monitoring promises and directives given by different Government leaders through various mass media like news papers, radio, television .Through that, HakiElimu has been able to prepare and compile a publication titled Government Promises which is issued twice a year. This is the second publication of Government Promises prepared by HakiElimu for 2009 and it includes promises and directives given by Government leaders from July to December 2009. The first series of this booklet was published in July 2009.
