In this paper VETA/ GTZ outline their newly developed training methodology within the CBET system (Competency Based Education and Training). INTEP is a target group oriented facilitation with special focus on gender. The target group within the informal sector is the starting point, from which local and regional market options and employment opportunities are assessed. Tailor made “training packages” ensuring employment are offered accordingly.
