Madam Speaker,1. I beg to move that this House now resolves itself into a committee to receive and consider the report on the state of the economy for 2011 and the National Development Plan for 2012/13. These reports reflect the implementation of the Five Year Development Plan 2011/12-2015/16, which was endorsed by this House in June, 2011. Together with this speech, I submit two documents, namely, the Economic Survey for 2011 and the Annual National Development Plan for 2012/13.
