Tanzania Country Level Knowledge Network (CLKnet) with support from the Government of Tanzania and the African Capacity Building Foundation (ACBF) and hosted by Tanzania Global Development Learning Centre (TGDLC) held their fourth forum at Serengeti room, TGDLC offices in Dar es Salaam on the 31st of January, 2012.
